«Breaking News» Coronation Street's Alan Halsall shows off his astounding weight loss in shirtless snap

And Coronation Street star Alan Halsall made his biggest showcase to date on Friday as he took to Instagram to post a shirtless snap of his taut and trim frame.

Beaming at the camera, the 36-year-old actor, who has starred as Tyrone Dobbs in the soap since 1998, looked incredible as he raised a pint during a trip to Ibiza, with the snap met with gushing praise from adoring fans.

Clearly proud of his weight loss, the trim star beamed at the camera while clutching a pint and standing at a pool party - no doubt turning heads as he went. 

Delighted fans gushed over the image of the hunky star, with adoring Instagram users penning: Wow look at you... Look like you've just stepped out of Baywatch... how different does tyrone look... Heavens what’s your secret...

While the actor's weight has changed dramatically, his personal life has also been going through a huge change, after he and Lucy-Jo Hudson separated.

Earlier this year, it was claimed that actress Lucy-Jo, who plays Katy Harris in the soap, has found a new love - with another former colleague.

Lucy reportedly started dating her pantomime co-star Lewis Devine after sharing the stage in Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs last year, according to The Sun.

The publication reported that Lucy-Jo and fellow Corrie star husband Alan had actually become friends with Lewis after the panto run at St Helens, Merseyside.

A source told the tabloid: 'Lucy-Jo and Lewis shared an instant ­chemistry, but obviously she was married and didn't act on it...

Lucy-Jo and Lewis reportedly went public when she joined him at a family wedding, but the new romance has supposedly taken a toll on Alan.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
